The next Superintendent's Roundtable will be held on Wednesday, May 23, at 6:30 p.m. in the high school library and is titled, "Supportive Schools: A Focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health."

This discussion is considered the second part of a discussion about safe and supportive schools that began in March. At the March meeting, Superintendent Dr. Barbara Russell discussed the many ways in which the district is working to keep students and staff safe through the practice of drills, building improvements, and more.

Another significant component of the district's overall safety plan is to provide instruction and resources that address the social, emotional and mental health of students. Dr. Russell will discuss the programs already in place and what is being planned for the future to support students' overall well-being.

If you are interested in participating in this discussion, please RSVP to Jessica Lester at jlester@pvsd.org.
