Perkiomen Valley School District is offering nutritious meals and snacks, free of charge, to children in need. Bags of food will be available throughout the summer and can be picked up at the District Office or Schwenksville Elementary School. There is no requirement to provide personal financial information to qualify for this program.

The bags will include:
1 breakfast item for each day
1 lunch item for each day
1 snack item for each day
1 fruit or vegetable for each day

If your child would benefit from this program, you are encouraged to enroll him/her by completing this form and returning it to your school counselor by Friday, May 31. Once your child is enrolled in the Power Packs Program, he/she will receive bags of food each week throughout summer or until you no longer need to participate. All bags can be picked up on Mondays, beginning on June 10, in the front office at Schwenksville Elementary School or District Office. If you have questions, please email powerpacks@pvsd.org.
