Resources are available for families who need to find free meals for their children this summer. Nutritious meals and snacks are being offered free to children in need through the PV Power Packs program. Bags of food will be available throughout the summer and can be picked up at the District Office (3 Iron Bridge Drive in Collegeville) or Schwenksville Elementary School (55 Second Street in Schwenksville) on Mondays throughout the summer during regular business hours. Bags will include one breakfast item, one lunch item, one snack, and one fruit or vegetable for each day of the week. If your child would benefit from this program, please complete this form and bring it with you when you pick up your food.

In addition, there are other options for assistance through the state/federal government:

Want to donate or volunteer?

Donations of non-perishable food are being accepted for the PV Power Packs program at Schwenksville and Skippack Elementary Schools, as well as Perkiomen Valley High School and the District Office. Items may be dropped off during summer business hours. If you would prefer to donate money, please make a check payable to PVSD with the words "Power Packs" in the memo line. Checks may be dropped off at the same locations where food donations are being accepted.
