Mrs. Milligan, principal
Dear West Families,

I hope this email finds you doing well as we head into the weekend.  We are beginning our middle school-to-high school transition process for our eighth graders.  Please see the counseling document link that outlines both the steps as well as the timeline. Additional informational items are included below.

New News:

Winter Dance – please check your email for details!

Vector and Trimester Dates – Vector three (grades 6 and 7) ends on 2/24/20, and Trimester two (grade 6) ends on 3/9/20.

Reminders:

from Mrs. Lind – Nurse’s Notes:

Please make note that seventh-grade students who have not handed in their dental forms will be seen by the school dentist, Dr. Michael Chapman, on 2/20 and 2/25.  Please contact the nurse’s office if your child has an upcoming appointment or you plan on sending in a dental form from your own dentist.

Please be reminded that sixth-grade physicals (along with updated immunizations needed to enter seventh grade) are still being accepted in the nurse’s office.  The school physician will be here in the spring, and if your child hasn’t turned in his/her physical by that time, he or she will be seen by Dr. Brosius. If you have any questions regarding these requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact Mrs. Lind, 484-977-7210 or email clind@pvsd.org.  Thank you for your attention to this!
